Here is what we do on our side:

Fabric Waste Recycle

We transform the textile and apparel wastes generated from our production activities into reusable textile raw materials using services of third-party recycling companies. We recycle production waste to help protect our environment, manage efficient use of natural resources and reduce the harmful effects of waste on nature.
All of our production waste, which is more than 10.000 kg per year, is recycled.

Waste Management Process

As part of our waste management process, we separate out non-recyclable materials from the rest of our waste. These includecontaminated fabrics, packaging for cleaning products, batteries, expired light bulbs and electronic waste. This process ensures that the remaining fabric and packaging waste can be recycled in the proper way.

Efficient Use of Energy and Renewable Energy

We use LED lighting in all indoor areas.
In our production activities, we convert machines from AC motors to DC motors whenever feasible. Such conversion reduces electricity consumption.
We use new generation compressors with low energy consumption and perform regular maintenance on the air lines to avoid leakage.
We aim to generate all the energy used in our production activities from renewable energy sources, including solar power system, in the next 15 years.
These existing efforts and future plans allow us to maintain energy-efficient production processes.

We plan all our strategies on the basis of sustainable development principles. We support the UN Global Compact, the world’s largest corporate sustainability platform, and the Sustainable Development Goals.
